We hope your jewelry purchase has
exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer
an exchange or full refund (minus shipping and handling),
you may return your loose diamond or jewelry item within
10 days of its shipment.
Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered
or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Items will only be accepted if they are returned with
all of the original packaging materials and documentation
and have the security tag intact. Loose diamonds are
not accompanied by a security tag.
All custom jewelry is non-cancelable, non-returnable.
Custom jewelry includes items not available for purchase
online.
Exchanges
Exchanges are simple. You can return your loose stone
or jewelry item within 10 days of shipment from DiamondsCultured.com
to exchange it for another selection. For an exchange,
we will issue you credit for the price of the item (minus
any additional shipping upgrades you may have purchased).
You can apply this credit to the purchase of any other
selection of your choice. If you have any questions

Returns
If you wish to return your loose stone or jewelry item,
you can return it within 10 days of shipment for a full
refund minus shipping ($12 USD).
DiamondsCultured.com merchandise is very valuable and
requires that we take special precautions in shipment.
To return a jewelry item to DiamondsCultured.com, follow
the checklist below:
1. Call customer service at 800-594-8873 for a Return
Authorization Code.
2. Secure your jewelry inside the original jewelry
box or the loose stone inside its original packaging
to ensure safe shipping. Make sure the security tag
is intact on the jewelry item.
3. Place it all inside a cardboard shipping box.
You can ship by UPS, US Mail, FedEx or DHL.
4. Write your Return Authorization Code on the box
next to the shipping address.
5. Ship the item fully insured for the value of the
item and request a return receipt for your records.
We will notify you once we've received and processed
your returned item. Returns can take up to 30 days
to process. Please note that any unauthorized, improperly
packaged, or non-insured returns may be returned to
sender.
